1, We are told that be "true" is some common characters of information. How to define the meaning of "true"? what dose "false information" mean? For example, the gas price is the last past three months were 2.95$...(the fact), if I said the wrong account, then my words include false information. Can we define what I said is not information? However, in my opinion, though my words are not the fact, they are also information.
2, Page 31 in PPT. "IT provides materials, user groups, author groups". Dose that mean the computer users or online users?
3, Page 32 in PPT. "some view IT as a threat to library recently, since less funding are available to libraries now" why less funding because of IT? Is it because more users are likely to use Internet? What about the funding before IT?
