What dose "robust" mean here?
2, Is IP address dynamic and changing often for personal computer? What about IP address about organizations?
3,How to share the brandwidth with neighbors through cable? Why have to share?

1) In this case robust means strong and durable.
ReplyDelete2) I've found that the URLs change more often than the IP address, though I may be incorrect about that.
3) One shares internet bandwidth through a wireless internet router. People have to share because otherwise the other people living in the house can't access the internet from their own personal computers.
